Philly Cheesesteak Stuffed Poblanos

Ingredients
- 4 poblano peppers, halved and seeded
- 1 lb lean sliced sirloin or thinly sliced beef
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 onion, thinly sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 slices provolone cheese
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in skillet; cook onion, mushrooms, and bell pepper until softened. Remove.
- Add beef; cook until browned; return veggies; stir in Worcestershire sauce; season with salt and pepper.
- Stuff poblano halves with beef mixture; top each with half a slice of provolone.
- Bake for 15 minutes until cheese melts.
- Serve hot.
