Portobello Pepperoni Pizza
Portobello Pepperoni Pizza is a handy finishing touch for desserts, breakfasts, or simple snacks. Keep the heat gentle and taste near the end so the sweetness and tartness land where you want them.

Ingredients
- 3 portobello mushroom caps, cleaned and scooped
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 3 Tbsps tomato sauce
- 3 Tbsps mozzarella, shredded
- 12 slices pepperoni
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch dried Italian seasonings
Instructions
- Prep.
- Drizzle olive oil on both sides of the portobello, then season the inside of the portobello with salt and the Italian seasonings.
- Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the mushroom and then top with cheese.
- Cook.
- Preheat the Air-fryer to 330°F.
- Place the portobello into the cooking basket and slide into the Air-fryer.
- After 1 minute, remove the cooking basket from the Air-fryer and place the pepperoni slices on top of the portobello pizza.
- Cook for an additional 3 to 5 minutes.
- Finish with freshly grated parmesan cheese and crushed red pepper flakes.
