Salmon Patties with Lemon Dill Sauce

- 14 oz canned salmon, drained
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 Tbsp chopped dill
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- Salt and pepper
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- For sauce: 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp dill
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1. In bowl, combine salmon, egg, breadcrumbs, green onions, dill, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper

- Heat olive oil in skillet over medium; cook patties for 3–4 minutes per side until golden.
- Meanwhile, mix yogurt, mayonnaise, dill, and lemon juice to make sauce.
