  • 1 prepared cauliflower pizza crust
  • 3 Tbsp pizza sauce
  • 1/3 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
  • 12 slices turkey pepperoni
  • 1/2 cup baby spinach, roughly chopped
  • 1 Tbsp chopped basil or parsley, optional
  • Crushed red pepper, optional

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven according to the cauliflower crust package directions.
  2. Place the crust on a sheet pan or pizza pan and prebake if recommended on the package.
  3. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a small border around the edge.
  4. Top with the spinach, mozzarella, and turkey pepperoni.
  5. Bake until the cheese melts and the crust is crisp, usually 8 to 12 minutes depending on the crust.
  6. Sprinkle with basil or crushed red pepper if desired, then slice and serve.
