Air Fryer Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies

These classic peanut butter cookies get the air fryer treatment, which means small batches and fast cookie joy. Press the chocolate in right away so it nestles into the cookie without cracking everything into dessert confetti.

  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, for rolling
  • 18 chocolate kisses, unwrapped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F. Line the basket with air fryer parchment.
  2. In a bowl, beat the peanut butter, butter, and brown sugar until smooth. Mix in the egg yolk and vanilla.
  3. Stir in the flour, baking soda, and salt until a soft dough forms.
  4. Scoop tablespoon-size portions and roll into balls. Roll each ball in granulated sugar.
  5. Place cookies in a single layer with space between them. Work in batches.
  6. Air fry for 6 to 7 mins., until the edges look set.
  7. Immediately press one chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie. Let cool until the chocolate sets.
