Air Fryer Southern Peach Cobbler
This cobbler is small-batch and cozy, with juicy peaches under a soft golden topping. Letting it rest matters because the filling thickens as it cools. Dessert patience is annoying, but useful.

Ingredients
- 3 cups sliced peaches, fresh, frozen thawed, or canned drained
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 330°F. Grease a 7-inch air fryer-safe baking dish.
- In the dish, stir together the peaches, granulated sugar, lemon juice, vanilla, cinnamon, and cornstarch.
- In a bowl, stir together the flour, brown sugar, baking powder, and salt. Add the milk and melted butter and mix just until a thick batter forms.
- Drop spoonfuls of batter over the peaches. Do not spread it perfectly; cobbler likes a little rustic charm.
- Air fry for 18 to 22 mins., until the topping is golden and cooked through and the peaches are bubbling.
- Let rest for 8 to 10 mins. before serving.
