Szechuan Beef and Green Bean Stir-Fry

Ingredients
- 8 oz lean beef strips
- 2 cups green beans, trimmed
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp chili garlic sauce or sriracha
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
- Optional: 1/2 cup cooked rice for serving
Instructions
- In a small bowl, stir together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, chili garlic sauce, garlic, and ginger.
- Heat the olive oil and sesame oil in a skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef and cook for 2 to 3 minutes, until browned.
- Transfer to a plate.
- Add the green beans and cook for 4 to 5 minutes, stirring often, until crisp-tender.
- Return the beef to the pan and pour in the sauce.
- Toss for 1 to 2 minutes, until everything is coated and hot.
- Serve on its own or with a small portion of rice.
